At a young age I was health conscious. But, there was always some sort of confusion with what was the meaning of a healthy diet. I had so many questions, low fat or lots of healthy fats? Organic or not? Dairy or no dairy? Meat or no meat?
I remember eating my beloved cheese and lots of yogurts. I was unknowingly bombarding my body with dairy and was slowly running myself down, trying to do everything as perfectly as I could, without knowing what I was doing.
Suffering with food sensitivities for years was not easy. I always had a cough and I always had an irritable sinus. It was only when I later completed my masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition at New York Chiropractic College, that I realized just how much food can affect your body.
I cut out dairy for a few weeks and lo and behold, my sinus problem practically disappeared as well as my cough! This was the most amazing thing I ever experienced, and so started my complete obsession with food and its relation to health.

All ingredients are fresh, straight from the market. We use chicken that contains no antibiotics or steroids and freshly caught fish. Worried about pesticides? We soak all vegetables in diluted vinegar to remove as much pesticides as possible!
